One reason for this is the outstanding youth programs the boroughs offer. The plan:
Inglefield Estates is a single family, custom home, residential development. There are a total of 5 remaining lots to build homes on. High side and low side lots are both available. Because of this, a buyer could select a lot that will work great with a home design they like, or select a home design that would work for their perfect lot. The lots are all located at the ends of two streets, Picture Dr and Hubbs Ln. This means the majority of the lots available are larger than normal, cul-de-sac lots.
The development is located in Pleasant Hills, PA. Pleasant Hills is within a half hour to Pittsburgh, in the South Hills. It is part of West Jefferson Hills, which is an excellent school district.
